Dental Insurance Welcome & offer CareCredit financing
Insurance and Financing
In order to make it even easier for you to take care of your child’s teeth, we gladly accept most dental insurance plans and will work to maximize your benefits. Tic Tac Tooth is an in-network insurance provider with Delta Dental Premier and out-of-network with all other private insurances. We do not participate with Medicaid, Medicare or any other government funded plans. As an added service to our patients, who have dental PPO plans, we will submit claims on their behalf.
PLEASE UNDERSTAND, we do not have a contract with your insurance company, only you and/or your employer do. Your specific policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company and YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE for any balance resulting in less coverage than anticipated. We can only assist you in ESTIMATING your portion of the cost of treatment. We are not responsible for how your insurance company handles its claims or the amount they pay.
Dental insurance is meant to assist with the cost of dental care. Dental insurance companies rarely cover 100% of dental fees and in many cases, cover less than 50% or nothing at all. The percentage paid is determined by how much you and/or your employer has paid for coverage or the type of contract your employer has set up with that specific insurance. Again, we file claims as a courtesy to you and our front office team will gladly submit a pre-treatment estimate to your insurance company for a better understanding of your benefits.
The fees for services rendered are the same for all of our patients. However, the allowed fee for each insurance policy may differ from our standard office fee. Additionally, different insurance plans vary in coverage allowed. Naturally, we always provide you with the full fees in advance so that you know the exact cost of treatment.
If you currently DO NOT have insurance, don’t worry, we can help you get flexible, low to no interest financing through Carecredit, if eligible. They can give you a plan that will break up the cost of your dental care into small monthly payments that will fit easily into your family budget.
